Listening is paying attention.
Listening is an attunement to the nature of existence, where everything is constantly moving and fluctuating. Where everything is in a state of change and transformation, a place of movement. We also are movement – sensation and vibration - with so many possibilities of being, so many shapes and notes to listen and respond to. During our time together we will listen to the internal notes and the external ones. In ourselves and in each other, co-creating and welcoming a place of listening, following and creating through the breath, through movement. Through playing and moving with some of the BISO – Body in Soul - movement portals and pathways, we will travel into a space of exploring the dance of listening and allowing the movement that is whispering to us, calling to us, to have expression and an allowing. Spacious, fluid, present, open to shifting shape and widening our possibilities, our creativity, to the art of living, the art of becoming. You are so welcome! |

Cathy has been working in the arts and facilitating conscious movement for over 30 years. With a background in theatre, writing and shamanic practice, she has studied and apprenticed with Gabrielle Roth founder of the 5Rhythms®.
